Early College High School to Midland College Academic Signing

Midland College

In April, Midland College’s Early College High School senior class signed academic letters of intent with colleges and universities across the United States, including the US Air Force Academy, Cornell University and the Hawaii Pacific University. The students also declared their intention to join institutions closer to home, such as Texas Tech University, University of Texas Permian Basin, Angelo State University and Sul Ross State University.

Although [email protected] students have the option of earning an associate degree from Midland College while attending high school, seven of these students will go on to MC to complete specialty programs such as nursing, respiratory care, firefighting and massage therapy. Congratulations to Katherine Abbott, Eva Aranda, Manuel Besares, Mariah Cardona, Kairi Montanez, Ariene Mota and Miranda Vargas who will now undertake studies to prepare them for high-paying and in-demand careers.
